Cop Drop runs free prize draws for sneakers. You can enter by purchasing a paid ticket OR by using the free entry route — both routes have identical odds. No purchase is necessary to win.

This is not a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005. You are entering a prize draw. We are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and do not need to be, because there is a free entry route with identical chances of winning.

You must be 18 or older to enter. You must be a resident of the UK or EU (other regions added later). One account per person. Multiple accounts will be removed and entries forfeited.

Employees, family of employees, and anyone with access to the random seed used for draws are excluded from entering.

A paid ticket costs the price shown on the drop page. You can buy 1 to 10 tickets per drop. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased — like any prize draw or raffle entry, your fee covers the prize and operations. The only exception: if we cancel a drop entirely, you get a full refund.

You can enter any active drop for free at /free-entry. You may also enter by post: Cop Drop, [PO Box TBC], London, UK. Include the drop number, your size, your full name, and your email.

Free entries are limited to one per drop per person. Free and paid entries are pooled together with identical odds before the draw.

When the drop closes, we draw a winner using a verifiable random function. The random seed is published on the Winners page before the drop closes. The result is deterministic given the seed and the final entry list — anyone can reproduce the result.

Winners are notified by email within 24 hours of the draw. You have 24 hours from notification to confirm your shipping address. We ship within 7 days of confirmation — at our cost, no extra payment from the winner. If you don't confirm in 24 hours, your win is forfeited and we redraw.

The prize is the sneaker described on the drop page, shipped to your address. No additional payment is required from the winner — your ticket fee covered everything, including shipping within the UK. We guarantee all stock is authentic; every pair is verified before drop. If you receive non-authentic goods or the wrong item, we cover the return and ship a verified replacement (or refund the ticket fee if no equivalent is available).

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the sneaker must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If it isn't, you can return it within 30 days for full refund.

Outside that, all sales are final because each pair is unique and replacement isn't possible.

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid to us. We don't exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud — that would be unlawful.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. Before going to court, please email us — most things we sort out in a day.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your entry is the one published when you bought your ticket. We'll publish changes here with the "Last updated" date at the top.
